A Limited Lifetime Warranty comes with every Buttress.

BARIndustries guarantees The Buttress (formerly known as the SK1000U) Toilet Support:

• is safe for 1000 pound loads (we tested it to 1200+ LBS successfully)
• be free of manufacturing defects for life
• THIS NEXT BIT IS IMPORTANT - PAY CLOSE ATTENTION  The warranty is voided if The Buttress is not maintained and kept clean regularly.  This means having the custodial staff wipe it down with a soft cloth and cleaning solution that is non-corrosive weekly or as needed.  The baked on enamel coating will withstand most any cleaner, but test to be sure.
• BARIndustries will exchange any of our wall mounted toilet supports that have failed due to a manufacturing defect, free of charge.
• BARIndustries is not, nor shall we ever be, responsible for cosmetic ‘dings or nicks’ in the finish (powder coating) due to normal usage
• BARIndustries is not, nor shall we ever be, responsible for any corrosion of effected areas caused by poor maintenance practices.
• Customer must include our “Return Authorization Number” in order to receive warranty.
• Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.
