- THIS NEXT BIT IS IMPORTANT - PAY CLOSE ATTENTION The warranty is voided if The Buttress is not maintained and kept clean regularly. This means having the custodial staff wipe it down with a soft cloth and cleaning solution that is non-corrosive weekly or as needed. The baked on enamel coating will withstand most any cleaner, but test to be sure.
- BARIndustries will exchange any of our wall mounted toilet supports that have failed due to a manufacturing defect, free of charge.
- BARIndustries is not, nor shall we ever be, responsible for cosmetic ‘dings or nicks’ in the finish (powder coating) due to normal usage
- BARIndustries is not, nor shall we ever be, responsible for any corrosion of effected areas caused by poor maintenance practices.
- Customer must include our “Return Authorization Number” in order to receive warranty.
- Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.
