THIS NEXT BIT IS IMPORTANT - PAY CLOSE ATTENTION  The warranty is voided if The Buttress is not maintained and kept clean regularly.  This means having the custodial staff wipe it down with a soft cloth and cleaning solution that is non-corrosive weekly or as needed.  The baked on enamel coating will withstand most any cleaner, but test to be sure.

BARIndustries will exchange any of our wall mounted toilet supports that have failed due to a manufacturing defect, free of charge.

BARIndustries is not, nor shall we ever be, responsible for cosmetic ‘dings or nicks’ in the finish (powder coating) due to normal usage

BARIndustries is not, nor shall we ever be, responsible for any corrosion of effected areas caused by poor maintenance practices.

Customer must include our “Return Authorization Number” in order to receive warranty.
